Description of service
EinbürgerungsAkademie provides digital learning content, questions, explanations, federal-state guides, progress indicators, review functions and mock exams. The current pre-contract service description determines which features are free or paid.
The service is a study aid, not a public authority, legal advice, examination body or official registration service. It does not guarantee passing an exam, obtaining citizenship or receiving any administrative decision.
Registration and user account
Personalised features require an account with accurate information. Login credentials must be kept confidential. Users must promptly inform the provider if unauthorised access is suspected.
The account is personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared with third parties. Minors or persons with limited legal capacity may enter paid contracts only with the required consent of their legal representatives.
Contract formation
Displaying paid access is not yet a binding contractual offer. Users select the offer, review the highlighted information immediately before ordering and submit an order through Stripe's step that clearly indicates the payment obligation.
The contract is formed when the provider accepts the order, for example by order confirmation or activation. The legally required contract confirmation and incorporated terms must then be provided on a durable medium.
Prices, duration and renewal
The binding total price including applicable taxes, scope, start date and duration are those displayed immediately before the order. Promotion codes apply only under their stated conditions.
A package offered as a one-time payment does not renew automatically and ends after the displayed access period. Recurring payment or automatic renewal arises only if expressly identified and accepted as a subscription before ordering.
Payment and activation
Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment methods offered there. The provider does not store complete card details. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation; technical checks, fraud prevention or a pending payment may delay activation.
Refunds are governed by statutory rights, any validly promised voluntary guarantee and the specific offer. Statutory defect and withdrawal rights are not excluded.
Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, beginning when the contract is concluded. A clear declaration sent to the contact details below is sufficient, and sending it within the period preserves the deadline. An electronic withdrawal function required by law must additionally be provided for consumer contracts concluded online.
For digital content or services, early expiry of the right of withdrawal can occur only under the statutory conditions. In particular, a term cannot replace the required express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the right. If that consent or acknowledgement is missing, the statutory right remains unaffected.
Following a valid withdrawal, payments received are generally returned within fourteen days of receiving the notice using the same payment method, unless a statutory exception applies. This summary does not replace the offer-specific withdrawal information that must be provided before contract formation.

Licence and permitted use
For the contract period, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied content privately for personal exam preparation. Ownership and copyright remain with the respective rights holders.
- No account sharing or systematic republication of content.
- No automated extraction, scraping, circumvention of access controls or abusive infrastructure testing.
- No use that infringes third-party rights or disrupts the service for others.
Availability, maintenance and changes
The provider aims to maintain reliable availability. Short interruptions may arise from maintenance, security measures or failures involving hosting, database, internet or payment partners. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Content and features may be developed further provided the agreed benefit is not materially reduced without legal basis. Required security updates and legally owed updates will be supplied under applicable law.
Suspension, termination and account deletion
Access may be proportionately restricted or suspended for a material breach, fraud, unlawful use or security threats. Where reasonable, prior notice will be given. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Users may request deletion of their account. Learning and profile data are then deleted unless statutory retention duties or overriding legitimate grounds apply. Payment records that must be retained by law may remain separately with restricted access.
Statutory defect rights
Statutory rules for digital products apply, including sections 327 et seq. BGB for consumer contracts. Depending on the conditions, remedies may include bringing the product into conformity, termination, price reduction, damages or reimbursement of expenses. These terms do not reduce those rights.
Liability
The provider has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under product-liability law and within any expressly assumed guarantee. For a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable loss. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Learning content is maintained with care but does not replace binding information from BAMF, a citizenship authority or an examination body. Official catalogues, procedures and law may change; users should verify time-sensitive information with the competent body.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains account, learning, payment and newsletter data, recipients, retention and data-subject rights. It does not form a term that limits mandatory privacy rights.
Consumer dispute resolution
The provider's position on consumer dispute resolution must be determined before publication.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice applies only insofar as it does not remove mandatory protections in the state of their habitual residence.
Exclusive jurisdiction is agreed only where legally permitted, particularly for merchants or legal entities. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers.
Changes and final provisions
A contract is governed by the version validly incorporated when it was concluded. Existing contracts are changed only on a statutory basis or by valid agreement; material changes will be communicated in good time.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue where the contract can reasonably operate without it. Statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid term.
